The Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) is pleased to offer 2022 fellowship opportunities with local governments. The EDI Fellowship is a summer program that addresses an existing disparity in representation of people of color in sustainability fields and the USDN member network. Fellows will receive a valuable learning experience while helping local governments advance sustainability and inclusion goals.
2022 fellowships are available with the City of Aspen CO, Missoula County MT, the City of Newark NJ, the City of Toronto ON, and the City of Tucson AZ. Applications are now closed.
Fellowships will be full-time for at least 12 weeks, beginning in June and concluding in August or September. USDN and host sites will work with selected candidates to finalize start and end dates. Some fellows will begin working remotely, some will be working in-person, and some will be in a hybrid configuration as safety permits.
