Sustainable Consumption Breakthrough Convening: A convening of municipal sustainability staff, international researchers, policy experts, and NGO representatives to advance the topic of sustainable consumption from the conceptual phase toward actionable programs and policies within a municipal government context. The outcomes of this convening are heavily informing the ongoing work with sustainable consumption. (USDN Innovation Fund, 2015).

USDN Sustainable Consumption Toolkit:  A comprehensive suite of resources to educate and activate local governments, including (1) the fundamentals of the concept of sustainable consumption and its relation to other sustainability efforts, (2) a database of local initiatives illustrating potential actions in land use/housing, procurement, climate action planning, economic development and other key policy sectors, (3) compelling stories to ground users in the tangible, concrete actions cities are already implementing, and (4) a portal to a wide variety of other useful resources. (USDN Innovation Fund, 2016).
